Come join us We're hiring a **Configuration Administrator** to join EA's Worldwide Customer Experience (WWCE) organization.

**You're a Configurations Administrator**:
You know the needs of Customer Experience tech stack and how to use configurable features to positively improve our fans' experience. You use your understanding of the CE systems and tools, along with your CE and EA product knowledge when collaborating with team members in preparation for upcoming projects. You will work with partners from across CE to help them better achieve their goals through configuration.

**We're the Configuration Team**:
We support the CE organization in sustaining and improving our tools on the operational level while also focusing on the long-term vision for help in EA's network. You are part of the Platforms & Services department and will be focused on projects supporting our product line needs.

You will report to the Configurations & Testing manager, Kyle Harris.

**Location**: Remote Work India or Onsite Hyderabad

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Assign and work JIRA tickets with deadlines
- Use Salesforce tools such as Workbench, Data Loader, Objects/SOQL, LiveQueue Dashboard, Shield
- User administration (roles/profile/permissions) of multiple tools
- Collaborate with our partners on risk and mitigation plans to meet deliverables
- Implement changes to team process and documentation
- Document time spent and provide bandwidth estimates of work completed

**If you're interested, you'll need these qualifications**:

- Salesforce Administration experience
- Use and manipulation of CSV files
- Former Configuration Administrator or Salesforce experience
- Some current coding knowledge - Helps to follow technical discussions, no programming will be required
- 2+ years of experience in the digital entertainment industry (video game industry-specific experience)
- 2+ years of experience in customer experience or related roles
- Experience working with IT Production Support and Engineering
- Technical writing experience
