**Designation -** Assistant Manager/Manager-Pre sales & Tendering
**Education qualification** - Bachelor's degree/B. E Technical/MBA
**Experience in years** - Minimum 5 years
Good exposure of proposals & tenders.Allocating the right resources to the right places at the right time.Prospecting and qualifying leads
**Key Responsibilities: -**
**Estimation of Transmission and Distribution Projects, Tendering activities such as approvals from management and compliances of internal processes and systems.**
**Discussion and meetings with clients. Research, validation, preparation and lead nurturing. Prospecting, Preparation, Approach, Presentation, handling objections, Closing & Follow-up.**
**Specific Roles & Responsibilities: -**
- Develop Business by generating new enquiries, building channel partners/promoters or commission agents and participating in tenders.
- Managing CRM with existing customers through interaction and provision of services.
- Payment Recovery for CAPEX and OPEX
- Looking for international customers for the product and promotion of product through social
- Media
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control.
- Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information’s to top management to get approval for bidding.
- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
- Meeting planned sales goals & setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Monitoring & reporting of sales goals
- Monitoring the sales team activity and performance
- Ongoing training of sales people
- Coordination with marketing for lead generation
- Recovery of payments
- Coordination with technical and design team
- Monthly sales plan with projection
- Generation & maintenance of daily sales report
- Creating a daily target sheet & sales plan based on target sheet
- Reviewing weekly target sheets
- Coordination with finance department for weekly outstanding statement
- Weekly recovery calls to ensure less than or 30 days outstanding period
- Generate requirement sheet from client in prescribed format
- Handover requirement sheet in prescribed format to design department
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- Contribution in cost and price calculations
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
