**PRIMARY SALES & SECONDARY SALES-**
- Need to handle minimum any near-by 3-5 districts of preferred/desired state.
- Primary sales-Need to appoint district wise distributors or a single super
- distributor for all allocated districts.
- Need to appoint distributors with 15 lakh as investment against material within the span of 1 month.
- In Secondary Sales-Need to handle team of district wise Business Development Executives after appointment of distributors or super-distributor.
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing training to motivate to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and achieve target through them in secondary sales.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with channel sales associates.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies and implanting them to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions with seniors and juniors.
- Performing all duties as directed by the company.
