**Internship Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, graphics, videos, and interactive content.
- **Scheduling and Publishing**: Schedule and publish social media posts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to the content calendar.
- **Audience Engagement**: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful conversations and relationships.
- **Social Media Monitoring**: Monitor social media channels for mentions of the company, industry trends, and competitor activity. Provide insights and reports on relevant metrics.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to support the execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor strategies. Analyze social media data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Graphic Design**: Basic graphic design tasks, such as creating social media graphics and visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (experience preferred but not required).
- **Performance Metrics**: Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- **Brainstorming**: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content and campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th/ Bachelors/ Masters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
- Creativity and a passion for staying updated on social media trends.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Graphic design skills on Canva App

**Duration**: 3 months
