**Qualification**

Bachelor's degree in related field, such as English, communications or public relations. Some resume writers choose to pursue a master’s degree in resume writing or a related field.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Reviewing job descriptions and other documents provided by agencies to ensure the resume is tailored to each position
- Reviewing resumes for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors
- Listen to consultant’s career goals and professional situations to write/edit professional resumes, or LinkedIn profiles based on experience with recruiting, hiring managers, or industry knowledge
- Assess strategic solutions, and provide advice through personalized phone consultations
- Provide a professional level resume reformatting, grammatical corrections, and targeted content ensuring accuracy and strategic phrasing of responsibilities and accomplishments

**Experience**

3 to 5years of relevant experience

**Skills**
- Leadership skills: - Goal Setting, Decision Making, Relationship Building.
- Report-writing skills: write routine reports with proper grammar, a professional appearance, and language which accurately reflects what occurred and flows
- Actively appreciates and includes the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others and working effectively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
