Job Title: Makeup Artist Trainer

Education: Graduate (any degree)

Experience: 1 - 4 Years Minimum

As a makeup artist trainer for the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) project, your role involves imparting essential skills and knowledge to individuals interested in pursuing a career in makeup artistry. Your job description might include:
1. **Curriculum Development**: Designing and developing training modules and curriculum in accordance with PMKVY guidelines, ensuring they cover a wide range of makeup techniques, products, and industry standards.

3. **Skill Assessment**: Assessing the skills and progress of trainees through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and implementing remedial measures as needed to ensure skill enhancement and competency development.

4. **Industry Knowledge**: Keeping abreast of the latest trends, products, and techniques in the makeup industry to incorporate relevant updates into training sessions and ensure trainees are equipped with current and marketable skills.

6. **Professionalism and Client Relations**: Instilling professionalism, ethics, and good communication skills in trainees to enable them to interact effectively with clients, understand their needs, and deliver satisfactory services.

7. **Career Guidance**: Providing guidance and support to trainees in career planning, job search, and entrepreneurship opportunities within the makeup industry, including freelancing, salon employment, or starting their own makeup businesses.

8. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress. Compiling reports as required by PMKVY authorities to track the effectiveness and outcomes of the training program.

9. **Collaboration**: Collaborating with other trainers, industry professionals, and stakeholders to enhance the quality and relevance of the training program, fostering a supportive learning environment for trainees.

10. **Continuous Learning**: Engaging in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops, seminars, and conferences, to enhance your own skills and knowledge as a makeup artist trainer and stay updated on industry best practices.

**Salary**: ₹10,077.73 per month
