Cx Architect

This rolemay include the following responsibilities and requirements:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience
- Conduct research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Create and maintain customer journey maps and personas to identify pain points and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, marketing, and support, to align customer experience efforts
- Monitor and measure customer feedback and metrics, such as NPS (Net Promoter Score), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), and churn rate, to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain customer engagement programs, such as loyalty, referral, and advocacy programs
- Lead customer service and support teams to ensure consistent and high-quality interactions with customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CX, UX, and UI design

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in CX, UX, UI, product, or marketing roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in CX/UX/UI tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar
- Familiarity with CX/UX/UI methodologies, such as Design Thinking, Lean UX, Agile, or similar
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Passion for customer advocacy and empathy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
