**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients including fintech partners, Loyalty & Rewards OTT etc.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by key clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- using key account metrics
- Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from
- key accounts while meeting clients' evolving needs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing clients with valuable insights and positioning them for success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, tech, accounts, sales, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.
**Requirements**:
- You have an MBA from a premium institute and have at least 4+ years of relevant business experience working with Payments, Loyalty, Banking, Ecommerce or Financial Institutions
- Relevant experience involves payment partnerships, loyalty, rewards, fintech experience in managing non banking partners (Payment Gateways, Ecommerce etc)
- Strong experience in MS Excel, PPT and related tools
