Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in immigration services.
- Provide detailed information about immigration programs, procedures, eligibility requirements, and documentation.
- Understand clients' specific needs and suggest suitable immigration options based on their profiles.
- Follow up with potential clients to answer queries, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and conversions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for client conversion.
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws, policies, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by being responsive, professional, and empathetic throughout the client's journey.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes, customer experience, and overall team performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller, preferably in the immigration industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value of our services.
- Knowledge of immigration programs, procedures, and documentation will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Empathetic and customer-centric approach to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle objections and rejection.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing processes, policies, and industry trends.
**Salary**: 12K-15K + incentives
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
