**Job Title: Telesales Executive - Pet Care Quick Commerce**

**Location**: Pune, India

Serving over 15,000 pet parents in Pune, we provide a wide range of products including pet food, supplements, medicines, toys, accessories, and grooming aids. As India's first pet-specific quick commerce platform, we are passionate about enhancing the lives of pets and their families.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to leads and existing customers to promote our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telesales or customer service role is preferred.
- Must have a genuine love for pets and be comfortable interacting with them.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards pets and pet parents.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
