**JOB TITLE: Inhouse Pedodontist**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Ø Being open to new ideas and keeping abreast of the latest advancements in the field of specialty.
Ø Reviewing patients' medical history and discussing their symptoms and concerns.
Ø Utilizing dental instruments and x-ray equipment to determine the cause of patients concern.
Ø Formulating suitable treatment plans based on the diagnosed dental condition.
Ø Assessing whether surgical treatment is required, and determining the duration of treatment required for successful treatment outcomes
Ø Performing treatment with precision, and ensuring proper postoperative instructions. Pre treatment medical investigation and pre treatment medications to be assessed case wise.
Ø Having a sound knowledge of materials and instruments required in treatment procedures
Ø Keeping up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies used in treatment approaches.
Ø Conduct comprehensive oral examinations for pediatric patients, assessing dental and oral development.
Ø Diagnose and treat common pediatric dental issues such as cavities, tooth decay, and gum diseases.
Ø Perform dental procedures tailored to children, including fillings, extractions, and space maintenance.
Ø Educate parents and caregivers on proper oral hygiene practices for children.
Ø Monitor and address the growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
Ø Provide preventive services such as dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and dental sealants.
Ø Manage dental trauma and emergencies involving children's oral health.
Ø Create a child-friendly and welcoming environment to alleviate dental anxiety.
Ø Collaborate with orthodontists and oral surgeons for cases involving complex dental needs.
Ø Educate children about the importance of oral health through age-appropriate methods.

Ø Strong communication skills to interact effectively with young patients and their parents.
Ø Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish a rapport with children.
Ø Pediatric-focused diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
Ø Gentle and skilled chairside manner to ensure a positive dental experience for children.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
MDS is Mandatory
**Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with masters degree**

**Duty Hours: 10 am to 7 pm(Monday to Saturday)**
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
