**Overview**: We are seeking a charismatic and skilled individual with 2-4 years of experience to take on the role of Talk Show Host for our Immigration Talk show. As the face of the program, the Talk Show Host will be responsible for engaging audiences, conducting interviews, leading discussions, and maintaining the overall flow and energy of the show.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Host the Show**:
Serve as the primary host, presenting the show in a professional and engaging manner.

Introduce segments, guests, and topics with enthusiasm and clarity.

Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and audience members.

**2.Conduct Interviews**:
Prepare thoroughly for interviews by researching guests and topics.

Ask insightful and thought-provoking questions to facilitate engaging conversations.

Actively listen to guests and respond thoughtfully to their insights and opinions.

**3.Lead Discussions**:
Moderate discussions among guests, encouraging diverse perspectives and constructive dialogue.

Keep discussions on track and ensure all participants have an opportunity to contribute.

Navigate sensitive or controversial topics with tact and diplomacy.

**4.Engage with Audience**:
Interact with live or virtual audience members, soliciting questions and feedback.

Respond to audience inquiries and comments during designated segments.

Cultivate a strong connection with the audience, fostering loyalty and engagement.

**5.Collaborate with Production Team**:
Work closely with producers, writers, and other team members to develop show content and segments.

Provide input on guest selection, topics, and overall show direction.

Adhere to production schedules and guidelines to ensure smooth execution of the show.

**6.Stay Informed**:
Stay abreast of current events, pop culture trends, and relevant industry developments.

Continuously seek out new and interesting topics to explore on the show.

Remain adaptable and open to incorporating new ideas and formats into the program.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a host, presenter, or moderator, preferably in a talk show or similar setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and guests.
- Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests from various backgrounds.
- Quick thinking and improvisational abilities to adapt to unexpected situations or topics.
- Adept at multitasking and maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of media production processes and equipment is a plus.
- A genuine passion for storytelling, conversation, and connecting with others.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, media studies, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
