Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in academic coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the academic timetable for the Edtech.
- Liaise with academic staff to ensure that course scheduling is optimized and meets the needs of students and faculty members.
- Coordinate and monitor course offerings across all course's faculties and departments.
- Ensure that all courses are scheduled in accordance with academic policies and guidelines.
- Work with the academic team to identify and address issues related to course scheduling.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with academic staff, administrative staff, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to support academic operations and improve the student experience.
- Provide support to students and faculty members regarding course scheduling, timetable changes, and other academic matters.
- Manage the process of rescheduling courses or classes when necessary.
- Monitor and report on academic performance metrics such as course completion rates, student attendance, and faculty workload.
- Give appropriate feedback regarding the delivery of the content and courses to the Product Team.
