Bachelor’s / Master's Degree (BSW,BBA,MSW,MBA..) with minimum 1 year experience in relevant field (sales, marketing, business development, client management etc. Field work included. Work Timing - 9 to 5, Mon to Sat.. Work location Kochi.
2**Job Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:About the role As the community associate, you will be the key point of contact between an organizationand its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing services or properties. You will beresponsible for planning activities for building meaningful relationships and reinforcing our brand thatwill drive lead conversions and move-ins which ultimately results in increased occupancy and revenuegeneration.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Primary responsibility is to create brand awareness, convert leads and ensure increase clienteleunder different business verticals
- Evaluate, develop and implement the sales plan working directly with the Marketing team
- Responsible for entry and maintenance of database management system / lead tracking
- Lead and coordinate all outreach events for seniors, their families and the professionals in thefacility. Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, identify the level of careservices, provide excellent customer service and follow-up to assist with the move-in process
- Develop good network with NRI customers which should result in sales and thereby meeting thesales targets. Direct and coordinate activities involving innovative ideas, sales and promotion strategies to meetobjectives and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results. Design marketing support strategies

- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Working towards monthly or annual targets. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, marketactivities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
3**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing with a passion to do cold calls and eventmanagement
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
- The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements
