**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
Random battery inspection at Hykon stations

Preparation of test reports of batteries

Battery Vendor development, battery quality improvement and validation

Battery type test as per ISO standards

Sample testing and report preparation of batteries

Complaint study and analyzing of batteries

Reduce the rejection rate by improving quality

In process inspection of batteries at supplier premises

Charging & checking of Replacement batteries & Service batteries received from customers.

Service of Batteries if possible at Hykon or Return batteries to Supplier for warranty claim.

Prepare the test reports of warranty batteries

Arrange standby batteries from Buyback stock.

Arrange Replacement batteries for customer as per warranty & Service report.

Charging of All FG batteries once in three months.

Testing of other FG items reached at branches

Testing of Materials at supplier end if required

Communicate with All departments

**Language Proficiency**
- English: Professional level - both in written & communication
- Kannada : Professional level - both in written & communication
- Hindi: Communicative level

**Work Location**:Bangalore
