Role & Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver sales targets and growth journey.
- Aggressive monetizing of the Online traffic through calls, CRM.
- Initiating growth hacking ideas and innovation for selling through phone channel
- Managing call center operations - telephony, people, recruiting, training, quality & customer care
- Running Analytics and CRM to grow the channel using data based intelligence and tools
- Recruiting, training and hiring talented sales professionals, managing incentive plan
- Participating in growth and profitability planning, budgeting and initiatives
- Timely dashboarding and driving sales meetings with the founders/board.
- Process driven: you've built and ran processes/projects in a sales environment involving constant connecting with people, technology & data.- Analytical: It isn't just the ability to sell we seek but also the ability to visualize the bigger picture with the help of data and analytical tools at hand. Working with numbers & projections should come naturally to you. Proficiency with MS Excel is a must.
- Leadership skills: Experience of managing and ensuring growth for a team of 50+ sales personnel is a must. You should have contributed towards the strategic hiring of your team across all roles and spearheaded their growth alongside yours.
- Tier I - II Institute B.Tech/MBA/PGDM graduates preferred.
