**We at The House of Migo are looking for Logistic Executive.**

**Job description**

**Main Roles and Responsibilities**

**Export Documentation**:

- Prepare and manage all required export documentation, including shipping manifests, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations and destination country requirements.

**Customs Clearance**:

- Collaborate with customs brokers to facilitate the smooth clearance of exported goods.
- Stay updated on changes in export regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.

**Carrier and Freight Management**:

- Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to organize the transportation of goods from the origin to the destination.
- Select appropriate shipping methods and negotiate freight rates to optimize costs.

**Inventory and Order Management**:

- Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to manage inventory levels and fulfill export orders efficiently.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of exported goods in the inventory system.

**Trade Compliance**:

- Stay informed about international trade agreements, embargoes, and sanctions that may impact export operations.
- Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to trade regulations.

**Vendor and Supplier Coordination**:

- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other service providers to coordinate export shipments.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics partners to optimize costs and service levels.

**Cost Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for cost savings in export logistics operations without compromising quality or efficiency.
- Analyze transportation costs, export duties, and other related expenses to optimize budget utilization.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Maintain effective communication with internal departments, to ensure seamless coordination of export activities.
- Communicate with customs authorities, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any issues or delays in the export process promptly.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
