**Project Coordinator (Fire Safety Service Provider)-**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Scheduling**: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Facilitate clear communication between project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Keep all parties informed about project status, changes, and updates.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, safety protocols, and reports. Ensure all relevant documents are appropriately filed and easily accessible for reference.
- **Resource Coordination**: Work closely with teams to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control processes to ensure that all project deliverables adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and issues and collaborate with project managers to develop and execute mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to prevent delays or setbacks.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Report any deviations to project managers and support in finding cost-effective solutions.
- **Client Engagement**: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project progress, safety compliance, and adherence to plans. Document findings and escalate any issues as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within the fire safety, construction, or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
