**Procurement and Planning Officer**

Job Description:*

*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to acquire necessary materials, equipment, and services for projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best possible terms and prices.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive procurement plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and anticipate material requirements to prevent delays in project timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and technologies that could improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, including resource allocation and task sequencing.
- Track project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays, proactively proposing solutions to mitigate risks.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates on procurement and planning activities.

*Requirements:*

**-Proficiency in English & Hindi must**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards related to procurement and contracting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Four Wheel License
- Good in Language and computer skills
