Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Salesforce consulting company. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with our team of Salesforce experts to design and create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our clients' Salesforce solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall user experience and ensuring that our clients' Salesforce implementations are user-friendly and efficient.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and design goals.
- Create user-centered designs and wireframes that align with client expectations and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for Salesforce solutions, including layouts, navigation, and interactive elements.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs, providing clear specifications and guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve design quality and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a Salesforce consulting or enterprise software environment.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform and its user interface components.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Salesforce UX/UI guidelines.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design skills and showcasing your previous work on Salesforce projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
