Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menus for all food and beverage outlets
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
- Oversee food and beverage inventory and cost control
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to the dining experience
