**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Contact existing and prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Introduce and explain banking products and services to customers.
- Provide accurate information about our banking products, promotions, and offers.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate banking solutions.
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with banking representatives.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Update customer records and information in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in Calling, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including Night Shift.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.

**Saturday and Sundays off**
