Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Reception:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Check patients in and out for appointments.
- Provide information about the clinic’s services and answer general inquiries.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate with audiologists to manage their calendars effectively.
- Handle rescheduling and cancellations as needed.
3. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process patient forms, including insurance and consent documents.
- Manage the front office, keeping it organized and presentable.
4. Billing and Insurance:
- Assist with billing and coding for services rendered.
- Process payments and manage the daily cash register.
5. Customer Service:
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow up with patients post-appointment to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage patient reminders and recall systems.
6. Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
