We’re looking for a highly skilled call centre representative to join our team, managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.

**Responsibilities**
- Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately
- Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service,

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
- Age limit 18 to 26 years male & female both can apply
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,360.00 - ₹18,360.00 per month
