**Responsibilities**:
**1. Associate Support**:
Provide exceptional service to our associates by addressing their queries and concerns through phone calls.

Gather feedback from associates to understand their needs and improve our services.

**2. Reengagement**:
Contact former associates who have left the company.

Invite these individuals to visit our office for discussions.

Persuade them to rejoin our company and restart their business relationship with us.

**3. Relationship Building**:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with associates to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

Act as a point of contact for associates, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.

**4. Data Management**:
Maintain accurate records of interactions with associates.

Update the database with feedback and outcomes of re-engagement efforts.

**5. Collaboration**:
Work closely with other team members and departments to address associates' issues comprehensively.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies for associate retention and satisfaction.

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
