Social Media Marketing Assistant

We need someone who can be nimble enough to juggle various projects that change in real-time and diligent enough to avoid letting anything slip through the cracks.

- Position Offered: Social Media Intern

*Location: Dimapur, Nagaland

[Key responsibilities]
- Work with the oversea HQ main branch to develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads.
- Manage and maintain our social media platforms, such as Instagram.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new social media tools/platforms, and implement them where relevant.
- Monitor and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.

[Qualification]
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 1~2 years+ experience in office work
- Must be bilingual in English
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient MS Office and Excel skill
- Salary: From 10,000 INR/month

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
