**Job Title: Programming Language Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training curricula for various programming languages and IT skills
- Deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions in both classroom and online settings
- Provide personalized coaching and support to students to help them achieve their learning objectives
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure mastery of concepts
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in programming languages and IT education
- Collaborate with other trainers and faculty members to continuously improve training materials and methodologies
- Participate in marketing and recruitment efforts to attract new students to the institute

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a programmer or software developer
- Proven experience in teaching or training individuals in programming languages and IT skills
- Deep knowledge of programming concepts and languages, such as Java, Python, C++, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their learning journey

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Teaching certification or relevant training experience
- Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
- Experience in mentoring or coaching junior developers
- Knowledge of industry-standard certifications in programming languages (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer)
