**Position Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals preferably Electrical Engineers, ITI Diploma Holders, and Graduates, individuals having experience in purchase department to join our Purchase team for Electrical Infrastructure Projects. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for materials required for our electrical infrastructure projects under various schemes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project requirements and organisational objectives.
- Identify potential suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts and terms of agreement to achieve favorable pricing and terms.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Review purchase requisitions and process purchase orders in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure quality and reliability of supplies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact procurement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and logistics, to optimize procurement processes and achieve operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and analysis on procurement activities, including cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory management.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field, Electrical Engineer or any degree holder having related experience.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the electrical infrastructure or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for sourcing, vendor management, and contract management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards related to procurement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Understanding of electrical infrastructure projects and related processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: From ₹1,80,000.00 per year
