Job Details:
- Manage the achievement of operation’s key priorities in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost for the assigned production line (workstation).
- To perform all production related, quality control, maintenance of equipment’s, and redzone related tasks.
- To perform machine greasing and lubrication, and maintenance repair (non-electrical related issue).
- To perform all machines safety cover & sensor checks.
- To support PM team during breakdown & PM (Preventive Maintenance).
- To assist in closing HHP findings for their area/station.
- To perform foreign material investigation (if necessary).
- Conduct routine inspections on equipment systems as per Line Manger/Lead schedule/arrangements to identify and address potential issues.
- Lead and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Analyze blueprints, schematics, and manuals to understand equipment and system specifications.
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability in their performance.
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root causes of equipment problems.
- Execute repairs and replacements of faulty equipment components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety among team members.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety and quality protocols during maintenance operations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues.
- Execute major repairs and replacements of equipment components.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams for process improvement.
- Provide regular reports to the Line Manager/Lead regarding equipment status and maintenance activities.
- Communicate with Line Manager/Lead regarding the status of maintenance activities and any potential impact on production schedules.
- Analyze and optimize equipment downtime, implementing strategies for reducing unplanned interruptions.
- Major repairs, perform major overhauls and repairs of mechanical parts, including complete disassembly, refurbishment, and reassembly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to mechanical parts, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum SKM3 / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in managing manufacturing equipment and processes would be an advantage.
- Minimum TWO years of experience in technical role in medium or large scale of manufacturing company.
- Strong technical understanding of basic manufacturing equipment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, analysis and decision-making skills.
- Minimum TWO years of experience in technical role in medium or large scale of manufacturing company.
