Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain menus that are creative, innovative, and aligned with our restaurant's concept and target clientele
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Train and manage kitchen staff, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring that the kitchen is clean, sanitary, and safe for food preparation
- Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Stay up-to-date on current culinary trends and techniques
- Work closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of a variety of cuisines
- Ability to develop and execute creative and innovative menus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Education
- Culinary degree from an accredited culinary school or equivalent experience
- ServSafe certification or equivalent
