You start your day with a meeting internal team to evaluate their work and plan for the complete day on different projects task.

Now it’s time to start with a bigger implementation task: A new demand has been issued by the customer. You use the rest of the day to understand the required technical details and make a first draft of the design of the required new solution together with the team you are working in.

With your deep understanding of the capabilities of the technology stack you need to facilitate engagements with key customers and helping to tackle impediments to deliver data use cases to achieve business value and our vision to become a data driven company.

**How You’ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements. functional design. process design and then build the UiPath workflows (as per the requirement)
- Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities. and propose a Plan of RPA strategy.
- Creating the PDD (Process Description Document), and SDD (Solution Design Document) in detail.
- Providing the solution proposal by checking the scalability of the RPA client architecture.
- Assist the team by providing insights from the documentations.
- Updating to RPA customers and other team members during project delivery
- Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization
- Scripting and coding in UiPath tool to resolve automation issues.
- Identify and give support for solution designs for production challenges and enhancements in collaboration with the business and the RPA team.
- Identify the scope, benefits, restrictions, and risks associated with RPA automation projects, as well as capture and document present manual operations.
- Work with multi-functional teams to generate business requirements documentation for the process to be automated that is easily understood by business users and can be shared with RPA solution design and development teams.
- Identify and document standard methodologies for RPA adoption in the long run.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with customers.
- Consider the consequences of change management when implementing new RPA processes.
- Deliver critical business analysis artefacts for the design, solution, and execution of medium and large projects, using standard processess and techniques.
- Conduct process diagnostics and find opportunities

**What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities**:
**Mandatory skills**:

- Min B.Tech Qualification Degree.
- Total 4-7 of experience working in UiPath RPA Platform.
- Understanding of SDLC phases - requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing, UAT, and operational transition
- Knowledge of Attended, unattended and hybrid RPA automations
- Experience at identifying RPA opportunities and preparing PDD/SDD
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a standout colleague, good learner, and a self-starter
- Must have an ability to work independently
- UiPath Business Analyst certification is a plus.
- UiPath Developer certification is a plus.
- Critical analytical thinking and a great level of curiosity.
