- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- **Property Presentation and Tours**:

- Showcase properties to potential buyers through effective presentations and property tours.
- Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and market conditions of each property.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve successful property transactions.
- Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- **Market Analysis and Trends**:

- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**:

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- **Collaboration with Team**:

- Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and support staff, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
