**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Anesthesia Coder at EBA. The Anesthesia Coder will be responsible for reviewing and accurately coding medical records for anesthesia services. They will ensure that codes are assigned correctly and in compliance with established coding guidelines and regulations. The Anesthesia Coder will also collaborate with healthcare providers and billing staff to resolve coding-related issues and ensure accurate reimbursement.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of medical coding systems, such as CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS
- Experience in coding anesthesia services
- Understanding of coding guidelines and regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in coding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent) is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus

**Salary**: ₹10,656.99 - ₹40,369.26 per month
