**Job Title**:Billing Executive

**(Should have Experience in Pharmacy Billing)**

**Location**:Villupuram

**Receipt Verification**:
Verify incoming stocks against purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy.

Document any discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers or procurement team for resolution.

**Inward Billing**:
Generate inward billing invoices based on received goods and services.

Ensure billing accuracy and adherence to pricing agreements and terms.

**Inventory Management**:
Update inventory records to reflect received goods and reconcile discrepancies with warehouse inventory systems.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to allocate received inventory to appropriate storage locations.

**Documentation and Record-keeping**:
Maintain accurate records of inward billing transactions, invoices, and payment receipts.

Ensure compliance with billing regulations and company policies.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Medical billing: 1 year (required)
