**Job Summary**:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Unskilled Laborers. The primary role involves assisting in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, etc. and performing basic tasks that do not require specialized skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual labor tasks such as loading/unloading, cleaning, moving materials, assisting skilled workers, etc.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate basic tools and equipment as required (training will be provided).
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Physical ability to lift weights and work in various environmental conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
