**Job Description -**
- **AC AMC management**:

- Manage & maintain all AC units with a health card
- Coordination with vendor & store manager to schedule the Maintenance or repair work
- Submitting reports to HOD weekly
- **SUPPORT STAFF MANAGEMENT**:

- Make sure all agency like Housekeeping, Steward, Security & Valet parking provides 100% deployment
- Make sure all support staff grooming must be as per company requirements
- Managing everyone attendance & duty roster
- Make sure all agency payments are done on time
- **REPAIR & MAINTANCE**:

- Managing the all-repair work as per schedule & must update all stakeholders on its progress & closer
- Proactive planning must be done for all Repair work so that we can avoid all major problem
- **SECURITY SERVICE MANAGEMENT**:

- All security staff must train properly with their rolls and responsibility
- Surprise incident audit has to be happen once in every quarter & noncompliance of the same has to reported to all stakeholders & make sure everything is streamlined with in next 48hrs time.
