Field Boy

**Age**: 24-27 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular visits to local fish distributors to gather relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with distributors to obtain necessary data.
- Collect data on fish prices, availability, quality, and other relevant market information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data.
- Maintain records of collected information in an organized manner.
- Report findings to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Assist in analyzing collected data and identifying trends or patterns.
- Follow company policies and procedures while performing job duties.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during interactions with distributors and other stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor related to field operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with people.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Physical ability to travel locally and perform fieldwork.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 per month
