Responsibilities:

- Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify strategic opportunities for content optimization and increased organic traffic. Implement on-page SEO strategies, optimizing meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking to enhance search engine ranking.
- Technical SEO Audits: Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues, crawl errors, and other factors impacting search engine performance. Address technical issues and work closely with the web development team to ensure optimal website performance.
- Analytics and Monitoring: Monitor and analyse website analytics, search console data, and keyword rankings to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Create regular reports showcasing SEO performance, trends, and actionable insights for management.
- Stay Current with Industry Developments: Stay abreast of industry developments and search engine algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly to ensure optimal SEO performance.
- Off-Page SEO Initiatives: Develop and execute off-page SEO initiatives, including link building, influencer outreach, and guest posting to improve domain authority.
- Collaboration and Recommendations: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and design, to implement SEO recommendations. Provide recommendations for website structure, user experience enhancements, and other factors affecting SEO performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Executive, or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in utilizing SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it pertains to SEO.
- Analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
