**Service Agreement : 1.5 years**

**Shifts : Rotational**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Application monitoring using various tools.
- Doing Stop and Start jobs as required & monitoring batch process.
- Checking process and CPU usage in putty for Unix server. Checking log in Splunk for root cause.
- Optimizing SQL queries, creating complete schema including tables, views, index and triggers.
- Creating numerous simple to complex queries involving self Joins, co-related subqueries and CTEs technique for diverse business requirements
- Knowledge of Monitoring and Event management policies/rules.
- Create incidents in ITSM and assign to respective teams / groups with proper priority and category.
- Communicate appropriate updates to users contacting the service desk.
- Good understanding of ITIL process and SLAs.
- Handling and driving Major incidents with efficient problem management process.
- Arranging bridge calls with clients, technical teams & vendor for P1,P2 & P3 Incidents.
- Proper coordination with customers, resolver groups and third party vendors.
- Joining Bridge calls with customers and including the required engineer to address any issue related to problem management.
- Taking the ownership of high priority incidents and resolves it within provided SLA.
- Restarting JVMS once it crosses the threshold limits.
- Creating & resolving production tickets using BMC Remedy.
- Utilize various tools to evaluate performance and implement remedies to improve performance, including tuning database parameters and SQL statements.
- Checking bug, no in Jira.
- Responsible for monitoring dashboards and maintenance activities.
- Attending daily stand up and handover meeting with the team and discussing various issues that occurs every day.
- Note: Immediate to 15 Days Joiners will be preferred.*
