**Job Title: Purchase In Charge**

**Job Summary**: The Purchase In Charge is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process within the organization. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to meet the company's needs while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing Suppliers**: Identify potential suppliers, conduct market research, and assess their capabilities to meet the organization's requirements.
- **Vendor Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor their performance to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Purchase Planning**: Collaborate with department heads to understand their procurement needs, forecast requirements, and develop procurement plans to meet organizational goals.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, track consumption patterns, and ensure optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- **Cost Control**: Analyze pricing trends, negotiate competitive rates, and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize procurement expenditure.
- **Quality Assurance**: Establish and enforce quality standards for purchased goods and services, conduct quality inspections, and address any issues or concerns to maintain high-quality standards.
- **Contract Management**: Draft and review contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and protecting the organization's interests.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously review and streamline procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve overall effectiveness.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including spending analysis, vendor performance, and inventory levels, to support decision-making and budgeting processes.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations governing procurement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing procurement documentation and contracts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
