**Shift**: Rotational Shift

**Experience**:2 Years(minimum)

**Job Type - **Onsite

**Education - **B.SC/M.SC/B.TECH/BBA/ MBA

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
- Take ownership of customer issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
- Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback.
- Document knowledge as solution articles.
- Master the use of help desk software.

**Skills:

- **
- Excellent English Communication is a must.
- International client handling experience would get preference.
- Competent technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to honor deadlines.
- A proactive approach to support.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same domain is mandatory.
