**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the designated territory.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Product Promotion and Presentation**:

- Promote and present branded milk products to retailers, distributors, and other potential buyers.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiation and Closing Sales:

- Communicate pricing and terms with clients to secure sales agreements.
- Close sales deals effectively to achieve individual and team sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, B.Sc, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the dairy or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
