**Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary.
- Maintain and update office records, including employee files and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist in organizing office events and activities.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.
- Address any administrative issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
**Server Administration**:
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for server upgrades or enhancements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and optimize server performance.
**Requirements**:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in office administration and server administration roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
- Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and security principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving..
