1) Preparation of post shipment documents like Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions Filing and Certificate of Origin

2) Coordinating with shipping lines and forwarders for containers booking

3) Coordinating with overseas customers for orders processing and documents

4) Writing and speaking fluency in English is mandatory

5) Processing of inward remittance of overseas payment with Indian bank

6) Maintaining records of all the shipments documents in a file
