Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Overview:
The Field Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base of the company through direct sales efforts in designated geographical areas. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers within assigned territories through research, networking, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products or services, effectively addressing customer needs and objections.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business requirements and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.

Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets, employing persuasive selling techniques and effective negotiation strategies.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Customer Service and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of X years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
