**Role Overview**:
As a Faculty Member at TCDS Computer Education, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality computer education courses to our students. Your responsibilities will include conducting lectures, preparing course materials, evaluating student progress, providing guidance and support to students, and contributing to curriculum development activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and informative lectures on computer education courses.
- Prepare comprehensive course materials, including presentations, handouts, and assignments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning.
- Offer guidance and support to students to enhance their understanding and skills.
- Actively participate in curriculum development activities to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Conduct practical sessions to help students develop hands-on experience with computer operating systems and software.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate relevant advancements into course content.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to maintain a dynamic and conducive learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in computer programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Previous experience in teaching or training in the field of computer education.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
- Ability to simplify and explain intricate topics in a clear and concise manner.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping abreast of the latest technology developments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address student queries and challenges.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Industry certifications in relevant technology areas are advantageous.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Proven ability to perform computer operating tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work on-site at our facility in Erode.
