**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tender Preparation and Submission**:
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial bids, and required documentation for environmental monitoring services.
- Ensure all tender submissions meet the specific requirements of the client and are completed within the deadline.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., technical, finance, operations) to gather the necessary information for the tender documents.
**Document Review and Compliance**:
- Review tender documents to understand the client's specifications, scope of work.
- Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and regulatory requirements in all tender submissions.
- Ensure all documents are properly formatted and meet the quality standards before submission.
**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of tender documents, scanning, submissions, and related communications.
**Client Liaison and Communication**:
- Assist in communication with clients and stakeholders during the tender process to clarify requirements and address any queries.
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners for additional information required for the tenders.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BA, B. Com or Graduate in an any stream.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or a similar administrative role, preferably in an environmental or laboratory-related sector or fresher also.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong understanding of the tendering process and knowledge of tender documents (technical and commercial).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel etc)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
