As a runner in a civil team, your job responsibilities typically revolve around supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations on construction projects. Here are some common tasks and responsibilities associated with the role:
Assisting with Documentation: You may be responsible for managing and organizing project documentation, including permits, drawings, contracts, and other relevant paperwork. This involves keeping records up to date, ensuring their accuracy, and retrieving necessary documents when needed.

Material and Equipment Procurement: You might be involved in procuring construction materials, tools, and equipment for the civil team. This includes identifying suppliers, obtaining quotes, placing orders, and coordinating delivery to the construction site. Maintaining inventory and tracking the usage of materials might also be part of your responsibilities.

Communication and Coordination: As a runner, you will likely act as a liaison between different stakeholders involved in the construction project. This may involve relaying messages, scheduling meetings, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring effective communication between team members.

Site Support: You may assist the civil team on-site by performing various tasks such as site inspections, data collection, measurements, and quality control checks. This could also include managing the cleanliness and organization of the construction site, as well as reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Administrative Support: Supporting the administrative needs of the civil team is another key responsibility. This may involve preparing reports, maintaining project schedules, updating databases, processing invoices, and handling other administrative tasks as required.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site is crucial. As a runner, you may be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, identifying potential hazards, reporting safety incidents, and adhering to safety protocols.

Overall, as a runner in a civil team, your role is to provide support and assistance to the team members, contribute to the efficient functioning of the construction project, and help ensure the successful completion of the assigned tasks.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
