**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Design and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Incorporate a variety of learning experiences, including play-based activities, arts and crafts, storytelling, and sensory exploration.
- Integrate themes and topics that align with early learning standards and developmental milestones.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a structured yet nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
- Implement positive behavior management strategies that encourage cooperation, respect, and self-regulation.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Recognize and respond to the diverse needs, abilities, and interests of each child in the classroom.
- Provide one-on-one support and differentiated instruction as needed to promote skill development and academic success.
- Collaborate with support staff and specialists to accommodate children with unique learning challenges or special needs.
- **Parent Communication and Engagement**:

- Foster open and regular communication with parents, sharing insights into their child's progress, achievements, and areas for growth.
- Encourage parental involvement through events, workshops, and opportunities for volunteering and participation in classroom activities.
- Address parent concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, building trusting relationships based on transparency and collaboration.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with best practices, research, and trends in early childhood education through ongoing professional development and training.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, workshops, and conferences to exchange ideas, share resources, and enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Seek feedback from supervisors, peers, and parents to continually refine teaching practices and improve outcomes for children.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (required).
- State teaching certification/licensure for preschool education (required).
- Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood setting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic classroom environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
