**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Performing analyses on hardware, software, and network capabilities
- Consulting with management and other departments as required
- Improving system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions
- Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based portals
- Resolving logged errors, as well as ensuring system security and encryption
- Documenting processes and monitoring system performance metrics
- Ensuring that computer hardware remains compatible with software updates
- Implementing the latest technological advancements and solutions
- Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting
- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

**Required Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Experience in Infra planning with scalability
- Experience in Java/J2EE/.Net
- Experience in DevOps
- Experience in Big data technologies like Scala, Hadoop, Spark
- Experience in Azure - Azure Data bricks, ADF, Azure Synapse
- Experience in Microservices
- Experience in development in an ETL, Reporting tool / data visualization tool
- Experience on Databases, SQL programming
- Leadership and management experience
- Applies knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems
- Ability to write code based on technical designs
- Ability to work in global virtual teams
- Good in learning & adopting new technologies, leverage them to execute on the use cases given to solve business problems
- Demonstrate technical capability (in writing) clearly to the use case scenarios presented during evaluation. Present multiple options for given problem statement
- Self-starter, have can-do attitude, collaborative and adaptable
- Good communication skills, articulate complex issues understandably and engagingly
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
